Paul Graham – 2009 Deutsche Börse Photography Prize
We are thrilled to learn that Paul Graham (b. 1956, UK), has been awarded the 2009 Deutsche Börse Photography Prize for his publication, a shimmer of possibility (steidlMACK, October 2007). We were lucky enough to see the exhibition in person yesterday at the The Photographer’s Gallery, London.
Why is this passage so uncomfortably current after 40 years? This was found and preserved back in the late 1960’s by a true genius and advocate of art and literature, Bern Porter.
